HEADLANDCUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Concept iii · A Headland concept build

The show office, on one screen.

Event Pulse watches what an on-site team actually worries about: doors, rooms, queues. The numbers below are illustrative, the layout is the point - trouble shows up here before it shows up in the corridor.

Room capacity right now

Rooms past 90% get a simulive overflow link pushed to the app.

On the floor

    Session scanning

Illustrative figures for a fictional summit. In production this reads the registration platform and the scanners directly - no exports, no re-typing.

      How it works

Pulse is one screen fed by systems the event already runs on. Nobody types a number into it - and that is the point.

      What happens

Scanners and the help queue feed one screen. A room past 90% pushes its overflow link to the app on its own.

      Who pays, who benefits

One build, run at every show. Staffing moves before a line forms; sponsors get footfall they can report.

      Where the return is

Problems fixed while they are still small - and the same numbers are what sponsors ask for once the doors close.

Built by Headland CX - Steven Killian

A concept build, and a starting point: your platform underneath, your show on the screen. Sponsors see footfall they can report; ops sees the morning before the morning sees them. When the doors close, the same numbers become the sponsor report - the one the business actually reads.
