Concept i · A Headland concept build
Every conference night, the same question moves through the hallway: who can seat the whole table? The hotel restaurant is booked out by six. This guide lives inside the event app and answers it properly - restaurants near the venue, honest group sizes, tables booked direct - and when nobody can get a table, dinner comes to the venue instead. Two tabs below: dine out, or order in. Try them both.
The Relayforge Connect dining guide · Harbor Convention Center · Tuesday night
One tap. The app already knows your name and your party size - you never type them into somebody else’s website, and there is no other login between you and the table.
A sponsorship product, not just a placement: the dinner hour, sold to the restaurants your attendees are already walking toward. New inventory, labeled as sponsored, out in the open. The ROI is simple: every sponsored table is a booking the event didn’t have to staff, and the dinner hour becomes revenue the event didn’t have before.
Bookings with a confirmed headcount, passed straight into the reservation system you already use. The sponsorship fee replaces the friction your guests would otherwise pay in forms and logins. Sponsors sit at the top of the list, with the details groups actually ask about - large parties welcome, separate bills without the awkwardness, the table held in the attendee’s name. At a huge event, this is a funnel, not a trickle - the app points the whole crowd at the houses that signed up for the volume and can actually take it.
Type a dish or a cuisine. The search reads the delivery partner feed for the venue - kitchens delivering tonight, their ratings, their menus. You find it here; then one tap drops you on that kitchen’s own page inside the delivery app - the exact page you would order from, mocked in this concept build - where you log in and order. The concierge picks the door, and it is the right door.
A concept build, and a starting point: your city guide, your venue, your sponsors. In production the booking never leaves the app - the reservation passes straight into the restaurant’s booking system, mapped to its fields, so the table lands in the attendee’s name with no form and no extra login.
