HEADLANDCUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Concept iv · A Headland concept build

The people you host, looked after.

Speakers and sponsors judge an event by how it treats them. One portal holds the deadlines, the AV check, the hotel and flights, the meetings - so nobody is digging through email on show morning. Switch sides with the tabs.

How it works

Every event runs on favors asked by email - slides, logos, AV needs, room blocks. The portal turns those favors into a checklist with names and dates on it.

What happens

One login, one list per person: what is due, what is received, what is next. Leads sync to the sponsor’s CRM on schedule.

Who pays, who benefits

The organizer funds it in the build. Speakers never guess where to be; sponsors see leads and meetings while the show runs.

Where the return is

Renewals - and speakers who say yes next year, then tell other speakers.
