HEADLANDCUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Quick hit · A Headland concept build

The Line Killer.

Registration has one famous failure mode: one long line while three desks stand empty. Put the wait times where attendees can see them - on the screens, in the app - and the crowd spreads itself. Watch it work.

UPDATES EVERY FEW SECONDS

How it works

The board needs one honest thing: a real wait time per desk. Everything else is attendees doing the load balancing themselves.

What happens

Each desk’s wait feeds the board. Attendees pick the short line and balance the crowd themselves.

Who pays, who benefits

A small build on the check-in system already in place. The desk team never faces one long line and three idle desks.

Where the return is

Peak-hour throughput, no extra staff, and a calm first impression that shows up in survey scores.
